    El formulario 627 de la Ley Concursal se utilizará para la comunicación a los acreedores públicos de la propuesta del plan de reestructuración. En el caso de los acreedores públicos, la comunicación se realizará, en todo caso, mediante el servicio establecido en la sede electrónica de cada entidad, a través del cual se podrá aportar el siguiente formulario a disposición del usuario para su descarga y cumplimentación.
